Patrick Towles is all world physical looks team. He has a perfect NFL quarterback body and is a much better athlete than many people might think. However, in 16 or 17 college starts it seems the game still has not slowed down for him and it should have by now. I think he is very slow at reading a defense and making a decision where to throw the football. This very much hurts him at the college level and, if not fixed and improved, will ruin the opportunity to play on Sundays.

He looks skittish in the pocket. He's got good size but for the likes of me I dont see it with him. If he is a good QB in the NFL I will buy you a Hackenburg jersey.

October 10, 201510 yr If Towles is top 5 then there must not be many good underclassmen qb's. This is a very very weak QB class coming out. Outside of Goff who I think is going to be an absolute stud there is no QB I would touch in the first 3 rounds.

I, too, am looking forward to seeing the Goff kid play tonight. If he is the most seasoned of the underclassman quarterbacks, it is not because he has been coached up by Tony Franklin. He must have a really good fundamental coach somewhere in his past. I have never been impressed with Tony Franklin's quarterback coaching ability.
