September 29, 201511 yr I bought Mr. Cat a bottle of Elijah Craig small batch this weekend. It must have been good stuff because he drank 1/3 of the bottle in one night. All straight shots.
September 29, 201511 yr Does bourbon usually cost more than $100? Yikes!!!Some does. All depends on your taste. Some of my favorites are >$30
September 29, 201511 yr I'm glad I never was a liquor drinker. I can't imagine paying $100 for a bottle. Even $30 sounds steep to me. I can get a 2 Liter bottle of Diet Pepsi for under two bucks, lol.

September 29, 201511 yr Weller 12 at $36 a bottle and Weller Antique 107 at $21 are a couple of the best bang for your buck bourbons around. It's just so hard to find them now. I picked up 2 750ml of Weller 12 in Illinois last month and picked up a handle of Antique in St Pete 2 weekends ago. I'm going to take one of the 12 year olds to Florida and make some poor man's pappy. 60% antique and 40% 12 year old. Edited September 29, 201511 yr by coldweatherfan
September 29, 201511 yr Pretty funny they put BTAC on there. You ain't finding it anywhere. They do have some of my favorite bargain bottles on there though: Old Forester, Evan Williams Single Barrel, WL12, Elmer T Lee, Wild Turkey Rare Breed.
