Hate to see it. Glen Miller was one of my teachers in high school and I was one of his aides.

I have no idea what happened but Mr. Miller is a good dude.

Yup we don't know the whole story so I will wait to pass judgement.

He has done great things for Campbell County Schools.

^ Probably a domestic assault with a wife, live in, etc.

I am told that allegedly Glen Miller and his wife got into a physical altercation in their driveway and their daughter was visiting them and the daughter called 911.

So it could mean various things. They always take someone to jail when the police are called and it's typically the male.

We have no clue who instigated the altercation. The daughter may have been scared and called to just get the situation under control not knowing someone would get hauled in.

It will be interesting to see how this is handled.

What does 4th degree include?

Is the 4th degree as high as it goes?

It is not typically the male. It it typically whoever assaulted the other party based on the evidence and each person's story.

Typically though, it's usually the male doing the assaulting. Just sayin'

Negative. It's the least severe in terms of assault charges. It's a class A misdemeanor. Assault 3rd and up are all felonies.

Sadly, the comments section of the paper includes a person named Mike Bankemper calling Mr. Miller a hypocrite. I am 99.99% sure that is not the Mike Bankemper who teaches/coaches at CCHS and someone created a FB page with his name in order to make that comment.

is it weird that the superintendent of Campbell County schools lives in Kenton County?
