I hate to have to agree, but the fact is - UK will probably lost at least 10 games once again this season.

I wouldn't stress too much on the late departures spots not being filled. As Warrior said, he seems to be solid on quite a few top prospects in the 07 class. If he strikes out there, be concerned...

 

Whic inning is he now in? What are we looking for another Adum Dunn? :sssh:

Tubby is a great guy and a good coach. Tubby could probably coach at ANY school in America except for a select few (the top 15). Kentucky is considered a top 15 program well it used to be. That carries a lot of weight and the anchor is awesome recruiting. You might think im bashing Tubby (again) but I think im complimenting him.

He's Tubby's boss isn't he? I don't think he should be gone but he needs to start applying some pressure on Tubby to turn things around... kinda like he now has with saying Tubby needs to get us more publicity.

I know. UK still has a lot to offer any recruit. A ton of national tv time. Treated beyond first class. The negatives that seem to be driving recruits off is Tubby's system AKA offense. "Come play defense for me" is not helping out recruiting. Fast pace games, high scoring is what the big tymers like.

Not true his offense is a major problem. Players get very bored with his system. I am sure there are other things but his offense is one. Obviously you are right if he strikes out in 07.. I think that's all she wrote for him. With a probable 10+ loss season on board he HAS to hit big with recruiting in 07.

Yeah UK basketball is going down the toilet right now? We have been having bad seasons for years now, I mean we weren't the number 1 team in the tournament for 2 of the last 4 years were we? We weren't a double overtime away from being in a final four with a very young team? Yeah last year wasn't a good year, but you act like its been going down for years now when that is not true at ALL!!!

 

I dont know the point your trying to make with all the players leaving. I mean I would think you probably would like that, because last years team wasn't that good and there needed to be changes. Tubby even said that himself and look what he has done he definitely has made a lot of changes to this team now. You put him down now for all the changes he has made to this team? I bet if he didn't make any changes you would be complaining about that too!!! Its to bad though that you are turning away from UK basketball now, but I hope you dont come back when Tubby does turn this thing around and has things going good again! :thumb:

I agree 100% on you last sentence, I don't want to hear from them or see them around when things are going good . I too have questions and some frusrtrations like a lot of people, but imo you don't jump ship just bc you disagree with how things are going:irked: . Can you say"fair weather fan" or "Bandwagon Jumper", some of these guys are going to hurt themselves jumping on and off the bandwagon.
