September 14, 201511 yr If you're an elite player, you're an idiot if you play in the preseason. Nothing good can come of it. I agree. If you're not trying to make the team, outside of MAYBE a few snaps in the 3rd or 4th preseason game, the negatives far outweigh the positives.

He caught 50 more balls than any other wide receiver on his own team. The only guy that can make a real argument that he is better than Dez is Antonio Brown. I would have said maybe Jordy Nelson too, but he isn't playing this year.

If I didn't think his posts were serious then they'd be some of the best satire on the internet. :lol2: As far as this game goes, I have such a deep hatred of the NFC East that it was nice to see one of those teams lose in such fashion, but my only complaint is one of those teams ended up winning.

Beckham was in teh game, Dez wasnt. Seems the 70 million dollar contract didnt say anything about he needs to be in shape and not get dehydrated since no one else did. Maybe if the 70 million made him in shape he wouldnt have broke his foot, being tired can lead to injury.

Beckham is very good, I like him and think he'll have an outstanding career. But your point is kinda backwards. OBJ was in the game and finished with 5 receptions for 44 yards. Bryant still had a better day than him (5 for 48). So maybe Dez is more elite that he does better in half games than others in full games.
