So is he a typical system guy flourishing in Urban Meyer's system? He's a bad man. I'm looking forward to watching him play next season. I do think Jones is the right guy for the job for OSU this season.

My opinion- he has better tools than Tebow, Pryor or Miller to be a pro QB, but I just mentioned the history that he must overcome. He will need to perform well in pro day workouts, private workouts and the combine to help his status.

 

Looking at his mechanics and tangibles, he is closer to Alex Smith than to any of the other Urban guys I mentioned, IMO. That should help him.

Maybe the Buckeyes are saving the offense for next week against that power Hawaii team, that they will face in Columbus next week.
