So Collins is ranked 6th in 4A but Martha Layne Collins is receiving votes?? Did the votes not get added up correctly and should they be ranked higher?

I think the Louisville Courier-Journal, the Lexington Herald Leader, and the Ashland Daily Independent are the three nearest AP voters to Northern Kentucky. There isn't anyone voting from NKY, and as such, NKY doesn't get represented very well on the AP polls. Fact.
