Seems like NKU is literally the new kid on the block and that if in state schools like EKU, Murray or Morehead wanted Carson or Faulkner that they would have a better chance to land them than NKU.

Not really. NKU has some of the best facilities you'll find anywhere and they can now sell the Horizon League, which is considered a higher level then the OVC. Plus, Brannen is really good at selling his vision for the program.

That's why I said seems like. NKU still hasn't been D1 for long and as a result they don't have the D1 pedigree that schools like Murray, EKU and Morehead have. That's what makes this an impressive haul by NKU IMO.

Congrats to Carson. Very nice player and a good addition for NKU. I know one player who NKU is going to regret letting get away. They are doing a good job recruiting the state

Saw this kid play in an AAU tournament when he was an 8th grader... Wow he was good. He deserves this, he's clearly put in the work. Congratulations!
