August 26, 201511 yr This is all close to home. This is our local affiliate and Alison Parker was a treasure. I know her parents and shock and numb is about all this community feels right now.
August 26, 201511 yr What a horrible deed. We as a society are becoming more and more like Sodom and Gomorrah. I pray for the families of those lost and hope the responsible party gets punished accordingly for his actions in this life. I know he will when he stands before his maker.

August 26, 201511 yr Does it say how old this guy is? One report is the guy was a reporter at the station and replaced by this young lady. He is accusing this station of a coverup of something locally and was scheduled to be on a radio show this morning to discuss it.

It's about a lawyer in town, Crandall and some shady schemes he claimed to find. The station wouldn't let him do the story as Crandall is a huge client. But his actions today show how unstable he really was.

I was wondering if he was specifically targeting the young lady, or just the station as a whole. The guy obviously had some serious issues. What an awful tragedy. My prayers for the victims families.
August 26, 201511 yr I don't know that Alison replaced him. She's been there for a while but she may have been moved up into his spot on the ladder.
