2. Saying the guy needs a bullet in his head

3. Saying he would do it

4. Saying he would then act like the guy attacked him to cover it up

Wouldn't what he said be considered terroristic threatening or something similar? Sounds like he should be fired and maybe charged depending on Alabama law. He'd have been charged if he'd have said that to a police officer.

How often does this go on and cross the minds of Police Officers? Maybe not the good guy Cops but the ones that are corrupt and tired of repeatedly locking up someone that is a Cancer to our Society. At least in the eyes of the Bad Cops they are.
