September 1, 201511 yr I'm very curious to see what happens next. Defying the federal judge will not go over well for her.
September 1, 201511 yr She has proven she isn't very smart. She appealed to the Supreme Court, they same Supreme Court that ruled the first time. Hopefully she will not issue the license and she can be removed from office. She has wasted enough tax payers dollars.

September 1, 201511 yr She is an idiot. I hope she has to personally pay for this mess Agreed. I hope every last couple in the county that has attempted to get a license from her sues her for everything they can. She's going to lose everything, and it's well deserved.

September 1, 201511 yr Man, she is just in too deep. This really highlights the problem with Davis imposing her version of her religious views as a government actor. I really don't understand why she doesn't just step down. The best thing that could happen to her is if she was somehow relieved from her duties so she doesn't have to go back on everything she has stated. At the same time, I don't really want her to be able to feel like some sort of martyr if this were to happen. I just really hope that the citizens of Rowan County or Kentucky don't have to pay for her reckless behavior and hypocrisy.
