July 21, 201511 yr vs. Auburn in Atlanta (Sept. 5) vs. Houston (Sept. 12) vs. Clemson (Sept. 17) vs. Samford (Sept. 26) at NC State (Oct. 3) at Florida State (Oct. 17) vs. Boston College (Oct. 24) at Wake Forest (Oct. 30) vs. Syracuse (Nov. 7) vs. Virginia (Nov. 14) at Pittsburgh (Nov. 21) at Kentucky (Nov. 28) I've got them at 7-5. Losses to Auburn, Clemson, NC State, FSU, and UK.

July 22, 201511 yr vs. Auburn in Atlanta (Sept. 5) vs. Houston (Sept. 12) vs. Clemson (Sept. 17) vs. Samford (Sept. 26) at NC State (Oct. 3) at Florida State (Oct. 17) vs. Boston College (Oct. 24) at Wake Forest (Oct. 30) vs. Syracuse (Nov. 7) vs. Virginia (Nov. 14) at Pittsburgh (Nov. 21) at Kentucky (Nov. 28) Games I'm confident about: losing to Auburn, beating Houston, beating Samford, losing at Florida State, beating BC, winning at Wake, beating Syracuse, beating UVA, losing at Pittsburgh, and beating UK. That is 7 wins. The home game vs. Clemson and the roadie at NC State are the two that are swing games for me. So I'll say 8-4 is most likely, but 7 wins or 9 wins wouldn't be out of the question.
July 22, 201511 yr Just like last year, the margin for error is small. In 2014 the Cardinals were one score away from beating Virginia and Clemson... but were also only a score away from dropping games to Notre Dame and Kentucky. Several games will be extremely tight again. At this point, here's what I think: vs. Auburn in Atlanta (Sept. 5) L vs. Houston (Sept. 12) W vs. Clemson (Sept. 17) L vs. Samford (Sept. 26) W at NC State (Oct. 3) W at Florida State (Oct. 17) L vs. Boston College (Oct. 24) W at Wake Forest (Oct. 30) W vs. Syracuse (Nov. 7) W vs. Virginia (Nov. 14) W at Pittsburgh (Nov. 21) L at Kentucky (Nov. 28) W 8-4 The games most likely to be the ones that could shift one way or the other: Clemson, NC State, Pitt, Kentucky. I'd love to say Louisville will win the Clemson game given how close the Cards were last year and all the players Clemson lost on defense, but it's probably more important that Louisville caught the Tigers while DeShaun Watson was out injured. He instantly makes them a far better team.
July 22, 201511 yr Lots of folks bullish on UK beating UofL. What makes everyone think UK can do it this year when they failed last season against first-year Bobby Petrino who was playing the third-string QB?
July 22, 201511 yr Lots of folks bullish on UK beating UofL. What makes everyone think UK can do it this year when they failed last season against first-year Bobby Petrino who was playing the third-string QB? Just asked the same in the other thread. I'm interested to hear some thoughts on it.
