If everything was your way gas would be 5 a gallon and all commodities would be increased by 200% so everyone can make max profits. Your ok with ignoring the fact that big oil has said repeatedly, supply and demand and the cost of oil is why gas has risen from 1.00 per gallon to 4.00 in a 15 year span. Yet now listen closely... Supply is UP and demand is down and oil prices are down. Yet we're still near 3.00 a gallon. That's as basic as I can put it for you. Then again, I'm trying to explain economics to someone who said OSU was going to get crushed in every December game on lol. I didn't say it was supply and demand. It's profit maximization. They're in business to make money, not to make John Anthony stop complaining about gas prices. Your last comment is the exact reason I rarely acknowledge your posts on here. July 15, 201511 yr Great deal. IF you could trust Iran, but, you can't trust them. Should we worry? Eyes will be on them, if they make the wrong move, someone will take action, if not the west, at least Israel. Just like with Putin, who is the biggest danger in the world, you can't make these appeasements to people who are not even half sincere. This deal is awful EVEN if you can trust Iran. But we all know better (except Obama and Kerry) than that - so it's even worse. They are literally dancing in the streets in Iran because they know they put one over on us. We totally sold Israel down the river on this too. We will be paying for Obama's foolishness long after he is out of office...
July 15, 201511 yr Taking bets on how long before the Iranians do not comply with the first set of inspections. The problem is the way the inspections are being set up Cat. We cannot just show up and inspect. We have to give them something like 20 days warning. Then they can delay it longer. Basically they have plenty of time to move anything they don't want the inspectors to see.

This deal makes me angry because it's like we this country forgets so quickly who we are dealing with.

July 15, 201511 yr This pact will not last unfortunately: The bulk of the Iranian people want a closer relationship to the west. However, Iran is controlled by two factions: the clerics and the revolutionaries who feed off of each other. The revolutionaries control the ports, maintain huge black market trade and make millions to billions off of it. They have profited by the sanctions because they have the means to go around them. These two groups - again, who control the country - do not want the sanctions to work. If we want to help the regular Iranian citizen, then we give them internet. (Airdrop ipads with wifi :lol2:) To the controlling powers in Iran the internet is the devil because the access to information will free the people.
July 15, 201511 yr Is this a fair representation of what Iran is getting out of this deal? I haven't read through the deal or even researched it at all...was hoping someone here had already given us a breakdown on the deal :lol2:
