That allowing gay marriage opens the door for incest or beastiality. Considering a good deal of states have at least some law against relations with a cousin, I think we are a decent while away from a man marrying his older brother. If you can't see the reach, your mind made up beyond having a rational discussion so there's no point in continuing.

Adultery used to be illegal...laws change, you can't legislate morality Certain Private "Acts" used to be illegal...laws change, you can't legislate morality Homosexuality used to be illegal...laws change, you can't legislate morality Same sex marriage used to be illegal...laws change, you can't legislate morality Marrying your cousin... Having multiple husbands or wives... I'm not saying where the line should be drawn but it is silly to think that there aren't more lines that will be crossed that today seem silly. How many bets could you have won 20 years ago if you bet the SCOTUS woulds rule same sex marriage was legal. Anything is possible in this country...both good and bad.
