If this is all we know I don't think he should be suspended or any punishment handed down to the organization at all. It all seems like circumstantial evidence to me.

I just think they're going to do something. I do find it funny that no one on here or in the media is putting anything into the fact that 3 of the 4 Colts footballs tested were below the minimum PSI level as well, per the report. Why is that being dismissed?

I don't guess there are more facts. That's my point. We have a 200+ page report and the answer is "more probable than not". To me that's not enough to punish anyone with if they are done.
