NEERFAN Posted February 21, 2015 Posted February 21, 2015 Schreck with a huge game. Chevy had great things to say about him in today's Enquirer.
Walter Posted February 21, 2015 Posted February 21, 2015 Schreck with 32 pts?! He keeps playing like this and we just might see the Colonels at Rupp. Dixie is rolling righr now.
nkuclubbaseball19 Posted February 21, 2015 Author Posted February 21, 2015 Tonight was senior night for the Colonels. The seniors honored are: Austin Schreck Liam Rabe Drew Moore Nick Niehaus Matt Isbel Andrew Hedger Mitchell Bolin Congratulations to all 7 seniors! You all have had terrific careers and done things the right way. Your job isn't finished though, as you still have some noise to make in the postseason starting next week. Congrats once again!
Big Fundamental Posted February 21, 2015 Posted February 21, 2015 Awesome performance by Schreck! Young man can play. Excellent job and well done by all the Seniors. Tough act to follow with the way all these boys played together. Also, nice performance by Stanley. Young man can also play! Also a senior.
Big Fundamental Posted February 21, 2015 Posted February 21, 2015 I'm assuming the zone and length stifled Stockwell? I expected more. That said, Dixie's D is really strong.
PP1 Posted February 21, 2015 Posted February 21, 2015 Game changed when stanley started picking up fouls. They were within 7 when he picked up his 1st foul with 1:00 left in the 1st half, he picked up his second in the next possession. He sits at about the 40 second mark and Dixie goes into the locker room up I think 16. Anyone agree with me?
Content1 Posted February 21, 2015 Posted February 21, 2015 Well done Dixie Heights Colonels and continued success into the post season...one game at a time! :thumb:
upandcomer Posted February 21, 2015 Posted February 21, 2015 Can we finally say that Schreck is the best senior guard in nky besides Beetle? Im taking him over Pangallo, Rabe, & Theobold. He is more versatile than all of them, plus he's 6'3.
mcpapa Posted February 21, 2015 Posted February 21, 2015 I see you, Schreck. Looks like he played like a BEAST last night.
Clyde Posted February 21, 2015 Posted February 21, 2015 Awesome performance by Schreck! Young man can play. Excellent job and well done by all the Seniors. Tough act to follow with the way all these boys played together. Also, nice performance by Stanley. Young man can also play! Also a senior. I mentioned in our debate about Top 10 than Schreck and Stanley are very similar. I will admit I've seen Stanley a lot more than Schreck. I'm guessing that if I watched Schreck more he'd remind me of former CCH Colonel Michael Grimes - one of those kids that you appreciate more and more with time.
JJD Posted February 21, 2015 Posted February 21, 2015 I believe last night's win earned Dixie the outright NKAC title. I'm sure they'd trade it in a minute for a trip to Rupp, but a nice accomplishment nonetheless. Congrats to Dixie!
