Hopefully the first episode was a foreshadow of how the rest of the season will go. Very good season premiere. I also really like Max and Mike so far. Think they both can go pretty far.

Anytime the hottest girl goes home in episode 1 it's knocked down 1/2 of a point in my book.

So made one mistake after another in that show. She earned her way to being the first one gone. I was a little surprised Carolyn didn't play her idol.

So succumbed to the classic Survivor blunder, proclaiming your invulnerability at Tribal council. As soon as she said she had a solid 4 her fate was sealed. Less the blunder was Carolyn letting on that she had a idol. How long before everyone in the tribe knows she has it?

I tend to agree with you. But its way harder than what we see on TV and I'd imagine the you can feel extremely along and for some, that's awfully sad.

I am all in favor of people with disabilities and I have a future brother-in-law who has a Cochlear Implant, but Nina does not act like somebody who is comfortable around others. She is paranoid of what others might be saying about her and she thinks that conversations that she is cannot hear are always non-inclusive of her. Not a good prescription for a social game. Survivor is dependent on conversation during challenges and in camp. She will not last long.
