I've never said she's innocent. I've said she doesn't have the ability to make adult decisions, she isn't capable of understanding the ramifications of her choices and she is clearly a victim of some sort - most likely the environment she was raised in.

 

And I can show you people in their 40's and older who don't have the ability to make adult decisions. Heck, even in this thread we have people making fun of the mother, didn't someone mention her eyebrows or something? We had people judge the mother by her appearance and said she was most likely a hard drug user. And people questioning why she lost custody? Ever think that the father may have had some money or some connections? Are these adults doing the above? As a lot of it doesn't sound mature, attempting to judge people without knowing the entire situation of everyone involved. so what are the excuses for the adults? Some are saying she isn't old enough for this or that, it's not all her fault, but what if she ends up killing people? Is she still not to blame? Or will that still be on her upbringing and letting more excuse fly?

I think RM is very close in thoughts about what this girl is doing.

 

She is not innocent, she would have done this even if the parents were saints, and she is playing her mom, she knows what she is doing.

There are consequences to all our actions. She is not accountable in the same manner that an adult is. If she is unable to function in a normal productive manner then she will/should be in a group home under stick supervision where she can be taught and counseled by professionals.

Haha...good point. I guess we screwed up somewhere since one is an attorney, another is in law school...so they took the dark path.:lol2: the other is a veterinarian. But my point in mentioning normal is that all of them were not immune to the temptations and potential issues that all other teens face, and we made some very unpopular decisions (with them) at critical times, and I think that made all the difference. With all of them, it had to do with whom they were befriending.

Now he goes from having a 13yr old girlfriend to a 33yr old boyfriend.
