No question. Well, clearly. Our court system is pretty clear the difference in punishments for minors compared to adults. I will never buy into the "she's an innocent victim" line of thinking that many in this thread have used. She knew darn well what she was doing, and needs to be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law (yes, that means however a minor is dealt with in these situations).

No question. :thumb: My whole contention in this entire thread was just that she was not a victim, and deserved to face consequences for her actions. Many people were using the term "victim" to describe her, and it's pretty clear she was a willing participant in everything that occurred. To me, when someone uses the word victim, that signals they don't think that individual should be held accountable for their actions. And hey, at least I'm not suggesting the death penalty for these two like another poster has. :lol2:
