Did T75 yesterday. (3 T25s). Getting ready to do an Insanity/T25 marathon with my daughter.

:scared:

Just home from Orlando and the Disney meal plan for a week......every meal comes with a dessert.

Goal was to come home even.....and I did it.......

Got up at 6:30 and walked 5 miles before going to the parks and averaging 7 miles there......averaged 24000 steps a day.......in 97 degree heat.

Down to 204.

The workouts are steady as is the weight loss.

ATTACKING THE FAT ONE POUND AT A TIME.

Ironman Wisconsin is less than 9 weeks away. I have not trained with the same urgency as my previous two and I am a nervous wreck. In early May I (finally) broke 3:30 in a Marathon. Biking season then got under way. It is incredibly flat where I live and IMWISC is hilly, so that has me worried. Although, my bike mileage has been decent, averaging 110-120 or so a week. Swimming a couple times but not much faster. And the running, my strength, well I have been hampered by tendonitis in the achilles. Been going to PT the past three weeks to get it resolved. Seems to be better. I did a half Ironman less than a month ago and took off from running for 17 days. After two 4 mile sessions on the zero gravity treadmill I felt confident enough to run outside on Sunday. Trying to watch my form and going a little slower, but still tacked off a decent 8 miles. Keep chopping wood....

I did purchase a new Felt B12 Tri bike in May. So it is a lot of fun and I am racking up the miles on it.

Workout are going well. I am trying to put a lot into them.

Lost a lot of strength, I am hoping because of the weight loss.

down to 201 as of my last weigh in.

(The only thing I am losing strength at is all of my chest exercises)

I started this latest battle at 215.8 or near there.

My first goal was to get to 199.9.

Hopefully I hit this by the next weigh in.

From there the next goal is 189.

I hope everyone is doing well in their training/lifting/weigh loss.

Down to 198.

Workouts have been slow this week but I still have the weekend to get hings turned around.

Did are pretty fun partner workout on Saturday at my CrossFit gym.

Power Cleans (reps start at 10 for the first round then decrease by 1 each follow round)

Run 200 Meters

1 Round of Cindy (5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 air squats.

So basically round #1 , partner 1 does the 10 reps of the power cleans while the other partner runs. When both are done you switch. When both are done you do the 1 round of Cindy together. Each round the power clean reps go down by 1 rep. We did 135 lbs on the Power Cleans but can scale the weight up or down.

This morning was Wendler 3x day for back squat. Added in sets of 5 of weighted pull ups between squat sets. Ended up doing 5 sets with a 10lb weight. Finished up with 3 sets of 10 reps of walking lunges. First set with 95 pound barbell, then 105, then 115 for 12 reps.

So we did the "300 Workout" last night at my CrossFit gym. Brutal is about all I can say. No wonder the Spartans were such bad you now what.

16 days away from IM Wisconsin. Weight is a couple pounds over what I want it to be, but overall I am in decent condition and I think ready to go. All my long stuff is over, and survived a brutal 9 hour workout day (including breaks) a couple weeks ago. In taper mode now. Ran 6 this morning using the run/walk technique. Last 3 miles were at 7:58, 7:38, and 7:24. Did a 1.7 mile open water swim last night. Tomorrow biking 50 miles of some hilly terrain. 13 mile run on Sunday. Ready for this race to be finished!

Those run splits are doing run/walk? :scared:

I start martial arts again in 2 weeks, just waiting on the judo gi. Pretty pumped. I've always wanted to learn judo and Muay Thai. It's going to be humiliating at first. Once I get past that 6 mos. mark, I feel like I'll be in a very good spot physically.
