Raceland's offensive lineman Lucas Bradly has verbally committed to the University of Pikeville.

Any word on the QB from Dixie? Has the Moore kid been offered by anyone?

I've heard Barry Deaton from SK has committed to Pikeville.

Lucas Bradley attended Raceland, not Scott County.

I have no excuse.

Is it me or does the list seem much shorter than this time last year?

Not sure about the length but I do think this was a reatively pedestrian crop of seniors this year.

Does Trinity have anybody with offers? I thought Donald Brooks would have a school or two looking at him.

I would imagine a lot of the quality players in KY (Those selected to play in All Star games, made All State, All area or All District Teams) have offers, are in the process of taking school visits or just haven't made a decision yet. Not to mention just because a player was good at the HS level doesn't mean they are going to be recruited (College football is all about the measurables). Being recruited and actually receiving an offer is hard. There is roughly 3,600 HS school seniors playing football in KY. Only about 75-100 will go on the play college football. I think you will see the list grow big time the next 6 weeks. That's why we should really honor any player that gets to play football at the next level no matter what level.

Chase Bright, Beechwood OL committed to Mount St. Joseph University, his twin brother Logan Bright, DE also committed to Mount St Joseph University

Looks to be down a bit at the D1 level. Most D1 guys will be signed On February 4th. is my count right only 25 or so D1 kids in this class out of 3,600? That's less than 1%. JUst shows how hard it is to be recruited at that level.
