I'm going with the Bengals. I feel this team is riding high with confidence, and they go into Heinz, and come away with the big win.

Bengals won't be able to stop Bell.

Thats the key. Bell killed them in 1st game

And the Bengals won't be able to run on Denver. Oh, wait a minute.

Um, you're still at work aren't you?

This is a game where you can't even begin to guess what happens. Which Cincinnati team shows up? Which Dalton shows up? The NFL is too unpredictable, it's crazy.

Steelers.

I think it will be a close game. In the End I believe Ben will make the plays and Andy won't. 31-20 Steelers

I think Mike Mitchell is playing FS for the Steelers. Therein lies my trepidation. He sucks.

The Bengals always seem to be on a mountain when they fall.

A team's quarterback is not their only player of course, but hugely important nonetheless. It's amazing, and a bit puzzling to me how much the Bengals have achieved this season with an inconsistent, often unreliable average Andy.

It feels to be an anomaly of sorts when compared to teams like New England, Green Bay, etc... that roll with experienced, indisputable awesome quarterbacks who provide dependable performances week in and week out.

I could be wrong, and we might all end up shocked and surprised, but at the end of the day I just don't know how on earth the Bengals can expect to be a Super Bowl calibre team with the leadership of an inconsistent quarterback.

Regarding this game, when Big Ben and Company turned it up a notch in their last meeting, they showed what it meant to separate the men from the boys. Facing the Steelers always makes me nervous and I can't help but to always lean towards thinking it's Pittsburg's game to lose when facing the Bengals. Hopefully they prove me wrong, but I have to take the Steelers at home in this one.

Rodgers and Brady and Peyton and Ben have all turned in stinkers this year. No different from Dalton. The difference for the Bengals is their running game. If they can't run it, they won't go very far. Dalton will look fantastic if they don't ask him to throw it 40 times.

Completely agree with the bolded, however I'd take the 4 quarterbacks that you've mentioned any day over Dalton.

Perhaps a stinker here and there, but certainly have proven themselves as some of the most awesome reliable in the game.

Dalton really can't be mentioned in the same breath as those guys, and even in one of his more unusual outings against the Bengals, Manning still to me looked like the better more experienced quarterback than did Dalton in last Monday night's game.

He certainly ultimately threw the game away, but his 3rd quarter comeback still showed more brilliance in a more typical Manning fashion than did Dalton the entire game.

Dalton has been pretty average outside of his stinkers. Rodgers, Brady, Peyton and Ben were very very good outside of their stinkers.
