Where'd my post go?

This may cause some stir in the BGP world and I am doing it all in good fun. They are asking for crowd cheers, so I am going to give them one.

 

Bracken Co. Jr. High was playing at Augusta one night. Bracken Co. had a player nicknamed Peter that once attended Augusta. He was on the bench for Bracken one night when this cheer erupted.

 

PUT PETER IN! PUT PETER IN!

 

Once he entered the game the Panther fans chanted:

 

PULL PETER OUT! PULL PETER OUT!

 

I thought this was clever!

Clever? Its kinda sick.

Jr High game??

Back in our day if another teams player would hit the deck hard or trip or something we'd always chant "How's that floor taste?", this one was effective bc it put all the attention on that one athlete.

CovCath was mocking NewCath for a much smaller student section and chanted" Where is your student section" NewCath responded "Fighting Crime, Fighting Crime"

 

I don't get it?

Why is that clever? Just because he's from Ludlow? Still pretty dumb.

 

Somebody must be a fan out kids going to school out of there district, I think it's pretty good.

After thinking about this some more all that chant done was show how educated some Augusta fans are

I don't get it?

Neither did the CovCath cheering section. For once they were confused for just a few seconds.

It is a good cheer because it silenced the best student section in the state. Which rarely if ever happens!

I don't get it?

 

I didn't get it at first either, but later I realized that a lot of their students in the student section were dressed in superhero costumes. I guess it was supposed to be the theme even though it was very weak participation, so that response was going along with their theme.
