Sometimes refs anticipate a foul. When you screw one up like that you say one thing to the coach. "Body"

Foul on Willie because the ref just couldn't believe he could make that block that strong without body. Ref was wrong.

Willie is just toying around with people on defense... Him 30 games from now.. Wow.

The replay does make it look more like a foul. WCS was coming forward which is a foul. Tough one but technically correct.
