November 9, 201411 yr Per Ben Roberts, Georgia had 9 offensive possessions. On 7 of those possessions, they scored 7 TD's. The two possessions they didn't score were at the end the 1st half & the end of the game. UK had no defensive stops. For all the hype that Dupree and Smith get, you would think that they could pressure the QB every once in a while. If not, they have to bring more blitzes because the DB's are not good enough to cover very long.

The other 2 possessions ended when time out in each half. Stout defense by the Cats today.
November 9, 201411 yr 5 hours each way for a kid who gets 1 paid trip by OSU, that is a factor. If he is only 30 min from Lexington he is no way 5 hours away from OSU. I drive to my sons games every Sat and we drive thru Columbus each time which is only around 2 hours from our house and Lex is only a little more than an hour if that from us. So I would say he is around 3 1/2 hrs not 5. And that 1 1/2 does make a huge difference.
November 9, 201411 yr That they can at least get to a bowl. UK has taken many steps backward. Players calling out coaches and a chance to lose out. Although, they should beat UT. Don't you think the #1 back in the country would want to play on a team who can get to a bowl? I don't think he should be that conceded with it honestly. I'd like to think him and the people helping him make decisions would see the big picture. He's not making his choice based on UK making it to the Music City Bowl. What step backwards is UK taking? Who is calling out the coaches?

He said prior to the season he wanted to see improvement from UK.

I will explain what I commented on to appease you. "And the train begins to derail" comment had nothing to do with the players. But I knew what was quoted would bring bandwaggon fans and haters out of the woodwork.. Obviously that and losing against the #1 ans #2 teams in the SEC East has brought them all out.. Nah, we are supposed to be winning the sec east and playing even with LSU at death valley at night..That's apparently what it takes to show improvement to some here.
