Seeing some of the comments about Aaron Lewis singing the National Anthem at the World Series got me wondering who Cincinnati may have at the All-Star game next summer.

Just off the top of my head, I came up with Frampton (on guitar, Hendrix-style?), or maybe Ronald Isley. But, I may have to change the channel if they trot out Nick and/or Drew Lachey. :puke:

Or do they just go the "honorary" route, and bring back one of the many wonderful servicemen/women that I've heard them use in the past?

Kathleen Battle from Portsmouth Ohio .

Not sure the Reds have any say in the matter.

Kathy Wade

Bootsy Collins

N.Ky's The Brotherhood

Blessid Union of Souls

Cincinnati Pops

Lonny Mack

Nick Lachey :sssh:

Nick Lachey :sssh:

Was gonna say the same thing.

Bo Donaldson & The Heywoods

Aaron Lewis.

Dollars to donuts that his next effort is better.

.....

I'm fairly certain it won't be Nick Lachey, but I'm equally confident he'll be here and doing something around town that week.

As a funkateer I obviously favor Bootsy.

....

I don't think the singer will be a Cincinnatian.

Considering John Winfrey sings the Anthem at every major sporting event in the City, I'll go with him.

Carl Lewis

But, the real party would be with Charlie Sheen, if he happens to come to town. :lol2:

Are any of the Isley Brothers still alive? I say they sing it! Probably the best group to come out of Cincinnati.
