Alright here's what I got........with my Parish Council discount cost is $200. 3 rooms, one big area enough for 150 people, another plenty big enough for all food and drinks (this is the room we use for food and drinks for parish events), and a full kitchen.

 

Only open dates, as of today

Dec. 6th

Dec. 27th

 

more open in January if we need to look beyond those mentioned. I just need to know if we want to do this, so I can reserve it. I know $200 sounds like a lot, but if we have 20 to 40 show up, we're looking at $5 to $10 bucks each. The more that show up the cheaper the cost to all.

Is it just the cheap person I am, but do we really want to pay for a hall when we can go to a Flippdaddy's for free? Just curious.

I'm not going to say too much until a date is set, as I may not be able to go depending on the dates, so my opinion may not matter anyway. As I have said in the past, the date should just be set/picked and go with it. Not everyone is going to be able to make it no matter what is selected, then you run into picking dates that certain people can make which others can't.

I volunteered Mentsch's place, plenty of parking across the street.

Second choice Flippdaddy's

Third Choice is a moving party van, in the back of Lawnboys' work truck, we could cruise to Louisville and everything

Fourth choice Church Hall

I'm looking into another option. Flippdaddys would be fine, but free it isn't. I'm sure they expect you to buy beer/drinks and likely food. Again, all fine, just pointing out nothing is free.

Only problem with that is...if 35 people say they are going to come and 13 show up, it sticks them with that $200 bill. Not bad split between 35 people...little pricey between 13.
