Some have been charged with this for sexting. Even if it's this boy recording it, he is still under 18. I don't agree with the new laws one bit! If you are legal age to consent then you should be able have sex with anyone. It is odd that in a huge majority of the states these says 16 or 17 is age of consent. A lot of people can't understand that at 16 or 17 you can have sex, but you can't videotape it? It confuses me at times as well. We are too hooked up sex in this country and in wish it would be like back in the early 1900's and beyond, there was no big outcry when someone in their mid teens got married, and with marriage comes the sec part, but now it's not a good thing? What changed? I say it's the dumbing down of America! Everyone wants to play the victim card, and many others who are not involved want to throw the victim card down for a so called victim. We all are responsible for our own actions, unless there is a gun to our heads.

October 24, 201411 yr Substitute teachers.....if they have a degree and are given a full time job then yes. There is no way a 22 yr old substitute will get any respect from HS kids in that role. All I'm saying is it's a judgement call and if I'm the principal I'm calling a retired teacher before I'm calling a young person

They'll take full advantage and show no respect for a 50-year-old man if he doesn't know how to handle the situation. You walk into the room and act confident without being a jerk and they'll respect you for it. That was always my experience.
