In all my years following the Monroe County football program and I've played, I don't recall seeing this many injuries in one season. Geez!

 

The Falcons battled tonight and I tip my hat off to them.

As of today by count of one coach Monroe has 19 players out. That's is if starting rb and linebacker Veach is out for season. Injury bug has completely sucked the life out of Monroe!

On a better note, we all seen some life tonight...the young ones for Monroe are stepping in and looking pretty good! The funny thing is this varsity team is still getting dropped off by their parents! Feels kinda weird.....
