September 24, 201411 yr Mart Smith Tweeted "DA: Kevin Ward was under the influence of marijuana." and "DA says toxicology evidence shows that marijuana in Kevin Ward's system was enough to impair judgment" I think that should have been released earlier.

September 24, 201411 yr Rule of thumb - if you are going to do something stupid to get yourself killed, don't do it impaired. This is going to hurt the civil case against Stewart also.

And, I see that "deadly moment" has been changed to "deadly accident". Oh, and the fact that Kevin Armstrong has been added in the by-line, instead of just Corky Siemasko.
September 24, 201411 yr The death of fellow driver which occurred when Tony Stewart's dirt track car struck him and killed him was found that the victim Ward had enough marijuana in his system to impair his judgement. Pot kills folks and it has affected another person for the rest of his life.
