I hope our game is a good one but if I were you, I'd go cheer on my Raiders. Ashland may take us to the woodshed until about 10pm.

Doc, regardless of what a couple of the always class Ashland faithful has said, I have info that the post game celebrations / dinners, parties and such in Ashland are already in the works. Heck, they have already started and it's only Thursday. :ohbrother: .

I want to personally thank everyone for the compliments given to me on here. J.D....you are a class act as are most all of the Tomcat fans on bgp :thumb:. Little Ram, I was probably laughed at by a lot of the Rams on here and yes, in long ago past seasons I now admit to having a part in sending the sympathy cards, black roses to the football team before a couple of the big games...,signed by the opponent of course :sssh: :D. As a matter of fact LR, A man that you are very familiar with along with his teammates was one of the recipients of a couple of those deliveries....that man would be Ram. Ring a bell Ram ??

Seriously, thank you to all, especially the ones I have mentioned here. I know full well that I can go overboard at times, imagine that, lol.

I do care deeply about Raceland football along with all of the h.s. football (with one exception) in our area. Having a chronic, incurable disease such as I do makes one appreciate things, people in a special way.

Oh, btw Sidelinedoc...you had memtioned it earlier and I was wondering about a couple of the bgp / Tomcat fans as well......Painter, Graybeard -- where in the wide world of sports are you ?

BTW J.D. -- I really like Lou Holtz. :thumb:

Rams .....the game plan is in place. I hope that you have worked hard in preparation this week. Regardless of how good the game plan is or how much it has been worked on over and over, that great game plan is useless if you don't Execute.

PREPARATION - FOCUS - EXECUTE - ATTACK

I can attest to the fact the oldrambler is MUCH tamer on BGP then he was in person. The fence huggers were a rowdy bunch and if you messed up they were going to tell you, and the world, that you did. They were less forgiving then the coaches.

I never heard em.

You were too fast, by the time they yelled you were gone. I was slow, it took me days to get past them.

Nope, I was deaf, and blind.

I could always shut everyone out except those guys, I guess they were too close and loud, or both.

They have been in the works for a while now, originally planned for last week, but for obvious reasons they were rescheduled. Donna Shuttle organised one at the Elks, everyone is invited to come. I believe there will be free food, but you have to pay for your drinks of choice.

No, really, I was nearsighted so bad it's a wonder I made any tackles at all. I did run into a Nicholas Co. cheerleader once who I got to see up close. Game changer!

Hahahaha

I can't wait to see how Baker and Long in the same back field works out. They will probably be the best RB duo in the Tri-State area not to mention their QB Price who is a threat at running the ball also. If the Tomcats have any type of passing game this year they are going to be a force to reckon with. Good luck to both Teams!!

I was told by a Tomcat person that a Nebraska scout will be in attendance for tomorrow nights game. I wonder if it is to see if I am Husker staff material????? LOL

Hopefully that's why they will be there. I want Baker at UK. I ran into Al Baker a couple of weeks ago at the stadium and asked him if Q was going to accept Kentucky's offer, the only thing I could get out of him was "I hope so." Even though Al never played for Ashland he is helping out with stadium prep in his spare time.
