Well' date=' I ruffled a feather. For your information YNot, they invented smart phones and they have autocorrect on them. I didn't catch the switch. Thanks for the insults. Just shows you guys in the bottoms of Boyd Co still are chasing after us. BTW YNot, Good luck against East Carter. I was going to post that in your thread but there isn't one. Is starting a thread against your probation, too????[/quote']

Well said.

I didn't discuss anything but the Ashland/Raceland game. I think the attacks are aimed the other direction. But that's okay, wet field, dry field, corn field, Ashland wins this one big.

I feel the same as Oldrambler. IF we can contain Baker and Long, we have a shot. Ashland will be in our style of offense this week for the first time and I am glad that we get to see it without the aid of Ashland playing against NewCath.

I love playing in this type of atmosphere. I do not like it that Ashland will not play us at Raceland but that is for another thread. :)

You playin'?

Ashland's secondary will be 6'1" Long, 6' 3" Gilliam, 5'11" Bradley, and you will see Baker at times. The secondary is tall and athletic. They should matchup ok. I think the underneath receivers run the risk of getting whacked by OBryan. What does all that mean? Raceland will complete passes for sure. I think that number will be under 50% and I think they will turn it over at least once in the passing game. I dont think they will be able to catch a short pass and consistently get a lot of yards after. They will give Ashland some problems with their diversity early and if they are able to compete early who knows. If Ashland happens to get ahead early, who knows.

Orange paranoia.

You playin'?

We as in Raceland. See, when you have a team that plays together from the same area and for several years and a coaching staff that, with the exception of Coach Maynard has been together a while, most of us have a tendency to say we. Now, when you have a team that WAS different and from OTHER states from year to year, I guess it wouldn't feel right to feel like a WE.

BTW WhineNot, how you guys looking this year? We haven't heard any of your BITW crap since before your Tri-State team went away in I am guessing..... A JON boat into probation land. Raceland never has cared much about the 3rd best team in Boyd Co. The only thing we care about is if you can survive the latest investigation and have a school so you can keep us with a District game. Good luck against East Carter. IF you are allowed to start a thread (you never answered that question) I'll be happy to opine on your chances. LOL

And again with the attacks. How about game discussion? How about how Raceland plans to contain Baker? How about the odds that they can establish any sort of run against them to keep them moderately honest against the pass? Surely you got some type of inside info when you're up there getting that coif trimmed in Ashland every week. Come on, give us some insight on how YOU plan on making this happen. Or you could continue your juvenile jabs at Fairview which is typical.

I've changed my mind.

Boy, I imagine the atmosphere for this game will be what HS football is about! I'm going to go with Ashland in a barn burner.

Coaches will handle the game plans, I just take care of injuries and such.

And for your information, WhineNot, you started the non-game related jabs with your correction of JON and your attacks on our "niceties" with Ashland posters. See, Raceland respects Ashland and their fan base. That is the difference.

I assumed you'd change to a running clock affair. And if we (Raceland's defense, for WhineNot) don't contain Baker and Long, it may be.

More of the same. So, the name calling is your preferred method? Good to know.

My prediction is that Ashland rushes for 350+.

It's a jonboat. A John boat is what brothels use to bring prospective clients from the shore out to the island for a midnight transaction.

I never pointed out a single poster when I discussed the Ashland/Raceland kissfest. It's a broad brush I paint with.

And I never called you a name, but if that's ok within the framework with the rules here, you can stoop to that level.

Does coif mean frosted? I am not familiar with that word.

My last comment to you and then I will ignore you and your Westwood knowledge forever.

Good luck against East Carter. I hope you have a winning record when we come to town later in the year so the game will be a little more exciting. I just hope it's not the last game in our series. You may have to have a Lions avatar next year if your school succumbs to the current investigation for improper use of State funds. Not a name calling attack, just a sincere wish that the Independent school system can survive what a few have done to it.
