August 23, 201412 yr This weekly contest is very similar to the Pick 10 contest for high school football. There will be ten games to pick from. Each week we (Bluegrasspreps.com) will choose a Super Game worth 5 points. From the remaining nine games you must pick two bonus games which are worth 3 points each. Finally, you need to pick the winner of the remaining seven games, which will be worth 1 point each. There will be TWO tiebreakers, the first being the total number of points scored in the Super Game & the second being time. A quality prize goes to the winner. Check here for a reference. The deadline for all entries is 10:30 am EST, Saturday, August 30th. NO EXCEPTIONS. Here are the games for this week: Wisconsin vs. LSU is the 5-point Super Game UCLA at Virginia Clemson at Georgia Penn State vs. Central Florida Troy at UAB Boston College at Massachusetts California at Northwestern Ohio at Kent State Morehead State at Richmond UTEP at New Mexico ****************************** Remember the format or your entry is void 5 3 3 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 Tiebreaker Note: We will also again have a contest for overall season results. Last year, MentschTrachtGottLacht edged Big Slick 175-174 to claim the overall season title. In 2012, it was Can'tcoach who nipped pirate1960 140-139. So for the last 2 seasons, the overall standings were determined by just 1 point. Hopefully it'll be nip-and-tuck all the way to the end this year. Good luck everyone! :thumb:
