August 11, 201412 yr GT, where do you see Lyles fitting in with this group ? With only so many minutes to go around I'm trying to get an idea of who Cal will use in his typical 7-8 man rotation and I haven't had a chance to see much footage of Lyles. It is going to depend on how much Cal wants to go three guards with Poythress at the four. If Alex plays 20 minutes at the three there should be room for Lyles as a skilled four. Going to be interesting to watch play out...

August 12, 201412 yr I don't feel like AP's motor is going to be lacking at all this year. That's been the top story thus far on this Bahamas trip. When he plays with that kind of energy, you can't keep Poythress off the floor IMO.
August 12, 201412 yr I'm currently watching the game right now and just love the unselfishness so far. I sure hope that continues through the season. I love that Jay Bilas is there because he's going to be singing the Cats praises all year.
August 12, 201412 yr Marcus Lee continues to impress. I'm shocked at how much he's progressed over the summer. He just looks like he belongs on the floor this year, last season, he just looked lost. Great to hear but it also makes sense. As the season progressed we kept hearing that a major reason Lee wasn't seeing the court was because he didn't know the plays, rotations, defensive schemes etc. He's super athletic but it's hard to put a guy on the floor that doesn't know what he's doing.
