Marcus Lee continues to impress. I'm shocked at how much he's progressed over the summer. He just looks like he belongs on the floor this year, last season, he just looked lost.

I didn't get to watch today, but I have it recorded and will watch it tonight. I loved seeing him reeking havoc at the top of that press yesterday.

I thought this team was supposed to be better than the Puerto Rico B team? Score says differently.

Gonna be hard for Cal to keep everyone happy. Not enough minutes to go around.

Trying not to get excited as it's only the preseason, and August, but my word. This team is going to be absurd.

For those who keep saying Marcus Lee has improved: don't you remember him down the stretch last year?

All he did was catch lobs. He actually looks like a basketball player now. Battling down low for rebounds and finishing baskets, other than dunks.

I know I have the 1st game recorded - not sure if today's recorded or not. I'm excited to watch.

What impressed me was their sharing of the ball. Guys are giving up shots for lobs just like in 12. Towns looked like he was playing in a March dog fight vs Florida at Rupp. That kid brings it and I love the energy he brings.

Got to watch a little of this and these guys were having fun. I'm not wanting to over blow an exhibition but this isn't Transy. I was thinking to myself that we looked very nice defensively and then remembered we don't have our best defensive player...

Loved the zone look. Put Hawkins or Ullis up top to harrass and then Towns, WCS, and Poythress down low. Can we just fast forward to November??

I could see them playing like a modified 3-2 with Lee up top.

Cal has so many options!

Unreal at the talent we have this year.

I think Towns makes Marcus Lee much better. Lee has played very well off of Towns and I think that's where that "basketball player" vibe comes from.

They have a real chance to be frighteningly good. As in Top 10 college teams ever good if it all comes together...

GT, where do you see Lyles fitting in with this group ?

With only so many minutes to go around I'm trying to get an idea of who Cal will use in his typical 7-8 man rotation and I haven't had a chance to see much footage of Lyles.
