If so, I didn't get one, but when I bought my copy from the "Lemon Starship Record Shop" in Covington (always dug that shop's name), it came with a souvenir metal key with "Foreigner - Double Vision" etched on it. I asked the shop owner what the key was all about. He said that it was related to the band's first tour where they'd toss a key to a hot girl in the front row at their concerts inviting her to come back to their hotel room after the show. I had that key in my souvenir collection for many years and now I haven't a clue where it is. It might turn up some day, or it's been lost forever. I wonder if it's worth anything, especially now that Gramm and Jones are in the Hall of Fame. You should definitely find that. Great stuff. As far as the bolded, no. It was a gag from that episode of ATHF. The best was when they set it to "Head Games" and it turned Carl's head into a Connect Four board.
August 8, 201412 yr Great thread, lots of good reads. My parents always had albums around when I was a kid, so I'm not sure what the first one I actually bought or was gifted was. If I had to guess it was either KISS the Originals or Saturday Night Fever soundtrack. I played the Saturday Night Fever Soundtrack to death. Side note on vinyl, I still have one of those K-Tel specials, anyone else ever grab one of those bad boys? First 45 is hard to guess: Parents had a lot laying around. Remember Only the Good Die Young, and Hotel California. I think the first one I actually bought was LeFreak by Chic. Cassette: First several were homemade recordings off the radio, or off existing vinyl. I bought vinyl for a long time, because I could always record it to make a cassette for my walkman. First cassette's I actually purchased probably came 13 for 1 cent thanks to the Columbia Music Club. First Casssingle is easier: When in Rome, The Promise. First CD: No idea. When I got my first CD player I had to go rebuy a lot of stuff all at once. The Cure, Galore has gotten a lot of play for a lot of years.

Y'know what... in searching online for any reference to the "Key" (which I found none, so it probably is rare and perhaps worth something, too bad I can't locate mine), I came across actual belt buckles that were made all because of the ATHF show, as well as a couple of 1970's vintage Foreigner buckles that indeed existed back then.
