If I am the Sindelar family I am not happy about this in particular.

 

If there is any additional risk to my heavily recruited son that could lead to an injury and jeopardizing his scholarship/career I am all over the School Board for answers.

 

I would also consider such negligence (if all true about the field) reason for the KHSAA to allow an immediate transfer of anyone on the football team.

At least they have a field. Some schools don't have home fields. I'm sure they'll get it done.

Newport Catholic and Covington Holy Cross don't have home fields as far as I know.

A bermuda field can look awful this time of year and still be good by August. Winter kill got our field pretty good also. Alot of it didn't start to come back until June. We reseeded in June with Riviera. Our field still has some pretty thin spots but I think it will be ok in a week or two. We need for it to get real hot.

 

A bad fescue field right now is pretty much hopeless. A bermuda field will grow/fill in substantially between now and the end of August.

Not entirely, Brossart plays there home games wherever they can rent a field. They have played at Scott, newport, and I think Dixie as home site before.

Now, that I can agree is not a "Home" field. But, not very many teams in the state doing that, that is why I asked. I truly wanted to know who did not have a "home" field.
