July 9, 201412 yr I will agree with you on one hand, however the Reds didn't do him any favors, only allowing him to pitch 50 pitches in his last start is probably throwing him out of sink both mentally and physically. He was a day off schedule, so they kept his pitch count down. No point in making excuses for a guy that got light up against a AAAA lineup...
