What is your basis for saying the scrimmage is not competitive? I feel like I know football pretty well and the fact that you said a scrimmage between the two best programs in the state is not competitive is baffling me.

OK. I'm going to say what needs to have been said for a long time... HHS has lost 1 game in the last 7 years that actually matters (state). SK has done absolutely nothing! Literally, nothing in that time period.

For Ludlow it will be Devlin Carter he is a Sophomore. Bellevue will probably have Tucker Thomas he is a Sophomore. Dayton will have Dylan Adams I think he is a Junior.

NKYSports.com click the team they don't have this years rosters yet but click 2013 and all the rosters and some stats are there.

I have seen Fieger and Moore both play. Would think both are deserving, but for very different reasons. Fieger will hurt you with his arm and Moore with his feet.

 

Either Wagner or Dressman at Cov Cath could be in consideration at the end of the year.

Best typical QB - Fieger

 

Best Running QB - Moore

 

Best Duo - Cov Cath Wagner/Dressman

I like this assesment although I will say if Moore can use his progressions he may have the best arm among them all. It's just his decision making sometimes gets him in trouble.

 

I really think Hoge will be the #1 guy when it's all said and done but Fieger is my pre season #1

 

As far as running QB I will have to wait and see how Campbell Co's QB does. They always seem to have one of the if not the best running QB under center each year. I bet this year won't be much different.

My top 3 are...

 

1. Fieger

2. Hoge

3. Moore

 

I have heard that Hoge is getting looks from some DI schools out west.. Utah St, Utah, BYU etc..
