Another example of how the Republicans take pride in being uninformed -- walking out early or, in the case of Rand Paul, not even bothering to attend a classified briefing for senators on the Bergdahl exchange. Never let the facts stand in the way of a partisan bash.

It was already a done deal by then what was even the purpose except for the Administration to shove it in Congress's face that one again they were doing what they wanted without regard for the law. Why wasn't this meeting 30 days ago as prescribed by law and questioned by Dianne Feinstein.

So Obama acts without congressional approval then calls them in after the fact . And you complain that members of the intelligence community are not bowing down to him after he acted alone . Again Obama can do no wrong in some of his most ardent supporters . I've said " I dont mind a deal to get this military member home, I care how bad a deal it was" . 5 for 1 ? 5 high rankers for a grunt ? not a smart nor good deal .

Better do some googling to see (a) if congressional approval was required and (b) whether the president acted against his advisors' recommendations.

No doubt he is deserter and enemy of the USA .

He was captured/deserted on June 30. Rate of coalition almost doubled from June to July.

Of course it's the REPs fault. The Dems probably pissed them off so they would leave so they could discuss the illegal stuff they planned on doing.
