She's been working since she was a kid. Childhood roles include a great role in The Professional, a nice job on a small role in Heat, and same in Beautiful Girls. Her Star Wars role was kinda whatever...but she did well Garden State and Closer in that time period. Nominated for a supporting actress Academy Award & Golden Globe and won a BAFTA for her role in Closer, and won best actress from all three of those for her role in Black Swan. She was great in V For Vendetta, The Other Boleyn Girl and Brothers, but didn't get mainstream notoriety for those.
