Best game of the year so far from pitching to hitting. Hopefully the Reds are putting it together. Needed that series

Hell of a performance by Cueto!

You're mistaken on that one. Only way he can be called out is if it was intentional interference and this wasn't that. Fair or foul matters not.

Give a rule reference, please.

Anybody else love that Pena translated for Cueto? He seems like a perfect guy to have on this club and be a great number 2 catcher.

Am I wrong thinking Brian Pena calls a pretty good game?

Ed Armbrister? I didn't see the play, so I'm really not sure what the argument is.

I don't want to seem like I'm getting on Cueto, but one would think he'd be picking up a little more English than he has. And I do realize English is one of the hardest to learn, just was wondering.

"Ok, guys. We've won two games in a row. If we win tonight, its called a winning streak. IT HAS HAPPENED BEFORE."

He's a huge improvement over Handoza.

Thank goodness you cleared that up! :)

Sorry Hammer, that wasn't your quote was it? What movie?

Different play. Ed A was going up the line when he collided with Fisk. It's incidental. Johnny C didn't move. Rule says a runner has to allow a fielder to make a play on the ball. There is no protection in the batter's box.

I think Ichiro still uses a translator. Like him, Cueto probably knows English very well but doesn't want to mispeak.

Cueto knows English. He doesn't feel comfortable speaking in English in front of reporters/media. Been that way for awhile now.

Thank goodness you cleared that up! :)

Major League. :D
