March 6, 201412 yr Russ... wow. Did somebody show him Shabazz Napier's score line during halftime? Just unreal from deep.
March 6, 201412 yr One of the better 20 minutes you will ever see from Russ to put it out of reach. That was insane...
March 6, 201412 yr First home loss for SMU this season. Smith was 6-6 on 3's in the second half. Had 5 assists, 6 rebounds, 2 steals and 3 turnovers. SMU was ranked 18th.
March 6, 201412 yr Six three pointers in a row without a miss, the first UL player in 15 years to do that. Six bouts of puking during the game...maybe the first ever to play that ill, and play better than normal.

March 6, 201412 yr Does he have that virus that's going around? If it is the one that has run roughshod through my family in the last week or so, it can lay you pretty low for a couple of days. If he played through that, he is a real trooper.

March 6, 201412 yr Was Pitino and the SMU assistant having words in the handshake line? Didn't know if they were acquaintances or what? Did it have to do with Harrell dunking at the end?
March 6, 201412 yr Id like to think Louisville can make another good run in the tourney this year, but who knows with Russ Smith. You live and die by him. He plays like he did today there won't be anyone to keep the game close enough to give him the opportunity to blow it for them. Great game!!
