This came up in another thread. I said the majority of the people I know do not work on Memorial Day. Some posters found that surprising or didn't think I was thinking clearly so...

I don't we get a few holidays off with my job and that is one of them.

Of course most people that will be working on Memorial Day don't have time to jack around on BGP during their work day and vote either :lol:

I currently do not and haven't for the last 5 years. However, my previous 17 years in the retail world, I absolutely did.

Nope! We get 13 paid holidays--Memorial day is one that we don't get a 4 day weekend with :(

We also get the week between Christmas and New Years off. I've been around long enough to get 4 weeks vacation as well. We have been voted in the top 100 companies in the USA to work for!

I get 6 weeks of vacation each year and my company has been voted a top workplace in Cincinnati for 4 years straight! Boom!
