He is a Junior . He will be a senior next year.

My mistake, I'm getting old. Makes even more since he needs to get locked ini.

The kid is the real deal. I hope that he gets to play. I hope that he gets to get to camps.

Wasn't this rumored to be going to happen last season too?

I think Newport was set to have one of their better teams in a long time next season. This is only gonna make them even better.

Agreed. They are a solid quarterback away from being able to compete with Newcath next year.

They will be solid regardless.

Moved from Covington to Newport with his mother...he will be eligible to play right away

Who did he live with last year?

He has a lot of hard work to put in still... This was a serious downgrade in competition for this young man... You cannot go from 4a the toughest district in the state to 2a where NCC has ran through the competition every year... I believe he needs to learn what the big picture in dedication to team is before he will truly

Succeed!

He moved. Didn't he. Doesn't sound like he has a whole lotta choice where he can go to school.

Depth will be an issue. Roster was not big to begin with last year and was smaller by the end of the year.

A OB away to beat NCC is a very big reach!

Go Newport, would love to see 2A interesting again, and from what I hear NCC is going to be way down this year, would love to see that game have some true meaning again.

Newport might surprise people next year. Could be their year.

I agree.

What makes you say that? Didn't their big RB graduate?

If you are talking about Dominic, I believe he is just a sophomore - junior next year.
