February 15, 201412 yr Bit of a setback yesterday, but the fight continues. Fight like a pit bull BF, we got your back!! Prayers sent.
February 16, 201412 yr BF, I told you before that the only reason why you are there in the first place is to pick up on the nurses. I bet you are getting spoiled!!! Seriously, you are still in our thoughts and prayers....love ya.
February 16, 201412 yr Author Birdsfan has had a rough couple of days, he had difficulty breathing so orders were changed and he has to have more time on the bi-pap. They're trying to get his oxygen levels figured out so they can get him back to normal. More prayers needed from the BGP family! We're all thinking of you and praying for you, BF!
February 16, 201412 yr Thanks for the update, RTS. I had texted and hadn't heard back. Now I know why. Continued prayers for my pal!
February 16, 201412 yr Thanks all of you. Today has been a better day, and i am slowly starting to feel stronger. Just need to build up my stamina as we pray for a possible Tuesday homecoming. Love and blessings to you all, my friends!
February 16, 201412 yr I'm praying and hoping for continued improvement daily BF! As much as I'm looking forward to your full time return to BGP, I'm more looking forward to your health improving and your ordeal ending!
February 16, 201412 yr Author Mrs RTS and I just returned from a visit with Birdsfan. He was sitting in his chair and was dozing when we got there, felt bad about waking him. He was in very good spirits, joked around with my wife and me, which I was very glad to see. At the same time, he's worrying about things he shouldn't, like school. We told him put that on the back burner for now and work it out later, but you all know BF well enough, he of course scoffed at that suggestion. He said he was feeling a little better today and still has hopes of going home around Tuesday, something I know he wants badly. His main issue is still the breathing problem, which is all stemmed, it seems, from pulmonary hypertension. He was on the bi-pap while we were there, but that didn't slow his usual quick wit. So, please continue the prayers and with God's will, he'll be home in a few days. Thanks, everyone!
February 17, 201412 yr Oh, so you were calling me "a great and peerless wit?" I thought you said "gray-haired twit."
