4 - Rookie Of The Year

are there any new baseball movies out that anybody knows of?

Try a movie calles Mickey. It is about a 13 year old boy and his dad who go back and play little league and end up in a scandle at the Little League World Series. This movie was actually filmed before the Danny Almonte' scandal and was put on hold for several years until the timing for it was right. You should be able to find it on video.

I bought that movie. It's a good one.

Just for some information the movie 61 apparently was not very accurate. This is according to someone who's mentioned in the movie.

"Clear the Mechanism" For The Love Of The Game! Great movie along with all the others mentioned

My top 4

Bull Durham

Major League

Summer Catch

For The Love Of The Game

Harder to do is name a bad baseball movie.

I forgot "Eight Men Out" and *61. Although the book (Eight Men Out) is much better.

the best one has to be *61

Bull Durham and Cobb get my nod.
