mexitucky
Looking forward to seeing him play in a couple weeks in Kansas City! Not Luke Maile, but we will be in Overland Park next week for live sporting. Do you live in Kanas City?
BlueSox2
Not Luke Maile, but we will be in Overland Park next week for live sporting. Do you live in Kanas City? No, just going out there for that series. Try to get to a different park every year and have never been to KC.
Theoldguy
Very nice article on MLB.com about Luke and his Dad Rich. BTW Luke is starting and if you can the Blue Jays vs. White Sox game is being shown at the moment on Channel 538 on Spectrum. Theoldguy
On the Reds Broadcast, the announcer made a comment that the Tampa Bay Catcher is leading the AL in Pass Ball and Errors. Gee and they got rid of a guy who could actually Catch.

Gee and they got rid of a guy who could actually Catch. In 27 games this year, Maile has 3 errors and 3 passed balls....In 52 games for the Rays Norris has 6 errors and 6 passed balls. So they're almost identical behind the plate given the difference in sample sizes...:idunno:

dpeevh
I saw a poll of managers on some site that had him as top 5 defensive catcher in baseball. Pretty impressive considering he doesn’t start. Barnhart was 2nd.
