Not yet,,, they are in the process,,, Hopefully, soon!!! Several on here speculating about Perry,

but we'll see!!!

I'm not speculating......from what I know its about getting all their ducks in a row, but things can change.

That being said there are several rental properties on the Garrard side of Herrington Lake...And the Lake is so much more appealing from Garrard.
