My guess would be that as a possible candidate is determined, they will contact for interview and if

it takes up to 30 days then that's what it will be...

I don't know the situation at either school but I can't see any student/athlete leaving Boyle County to follow Coach Perry to Garrard County except for his own kid.

 

Agree that it would be a far stretch for the kids at Boyle, but you never know. The Danville kids

could be a different story since there was a few that quit the program. Some of those guys might

cater a transfer to Garrard. Guess will know come July........

I don't know for sure but I think the kids quit because the new coach came in and put his own touch on the program and they didn't like what was going on but I believe most if not all came back before the season started. Don't know that to be fact.....just thinking that's what was told.

 

I have a hard time believing any Danville kids would transfer to play at Garrard unless the parents were originally from Garrard County ........time will tell!!!!

I agree he is respected around the area and it sounds like you know what some kids would do so I can't disagree with you on that but I just have a hard time believing it would happen.

There wont be any players switching schools if he is named HC at GC. While he has ties with many kids and their parents, this will not happen. On a side note, I know he has encouraged 3 or 4 kidws who quit last year to get back on the field for the Ads.

Btween 1993--1997 Hburg had more kids go D1 (and eventually pros) than any program in the history of this area.

Just another reason that he is so well respected in the area. As for a kid transferring, I'm just

saying that it would not surprise me to see 2 or 3..... That being said,,,, there is several rental

properties on the Garrard side of Herrington Lake... And the Lake is so much more appealing

from Garrard.........
